Abell Auction Co. will be holding an auction on Sunday, October 18, 2020 at 10 a.m. PDT. The sale features property from prominent California estates, and will be highlighted by an important collection of Sam Maloof furniture, being sold on behalf of the Huntington Museum. Funds will benefit art acquisitions at the Huntington Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens in Lynn Altman’s honor. The Maloof collection includes a set of twelve dining chairs, a walnut dining table, a club chair & ottoman, a walnut pedestal table, a pair of walnut end tables, a walnut game table, and a walnut three-piece buffet.
